Terms of Service

Effective date: March 19, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dot One Media mobile application and related services (the “Service”) provided by My Dot Media Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Dot One Media. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory or sexually explicit.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Upload viruses, spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

5. Moderation and termination

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by My Dot Media Sdn. Bhd. and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Dot Media Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
