This Privacy Policy explains how My Dot Media Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your information when you use the Dot One Media mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using Dot One Media, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

  • Account information such as your name, username, email address, phone number and password.
  • Profile content including your photo, bio and any posts, comments, messages or media you share.
  • Communications you send to our support team.

  • Device and usage data such as device model, operating system, app version, IP address and interactions within the app.
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address. Precise location is only collected with your explicit permission.

  • To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
  • To create and manage your account and personalize your feed.
  • To enable messaging, communities and other social features.
  • To keep the Service safe, detect abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.

Dot One Media is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the app or on our website.
