How do I create a Dot One account?+
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, open it, and tap “Sign up”. You can register with your email address or phone number in less than a minute.
Is Dot One free to use?+
Yes. Dot One is free to download and use. Some optional features may be offered in the future, but the core experience is always free.
How do I reset my password?+
On the login screen, tap “Forgot password” and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
How can I delete my account and data?+
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app. You can also email us and we will permanently remove your account and associated data.
How do I report inappropriate content?+
Tap the menu (•••) on any post, profile or message and choose “Report”. Our moderation team reviews every report.
